A Few Questions
Elder, community leader and activist Trevor Moeke tells us that to discover one's own interconnectedness, we have only to ask the questions we might not ask until the end of life: Is the world a better place for my being here? Have I benefited those that I've loved? These questions inevitably commit us to agendas and systems bigger than our individual selves, and produce the experience of interconnection.
Trevor Moeke, is a Maori elder and community leader
who is a key figure working for Maori community development, higher
education, language revitalization and land rights. Trevor travels
worldwide representing Maori interests, working with indigenous peoples
to create networks and share knowledge.
