Seva Cafe: Love All, Serve All

Seva, or service, is the selfless giving of oneself for the betterment of others and the world around us. At Seva Cafe, the concept of service takes the form of a "pay it forward" restaurant, where every meal is cooked and served with love, and all customers are treated like family.

Anjali Desai is a volunteer at Manav Sadhna, an NGO based at Gandhi Ashram in Ahmedabad, whose mission is to serve the underprivileged. Seva Cafe is one of its many projects in Ahmedabad.

Wow, very cool idea. I think people in America would be quite taken aback by a restaurant where you just paid however much you wanted to. I'd love to see how people would react to such generosity and kindness. Bring a Seva Cafe to Kentucky!
