Basil "Mulla" Sumner, an elder and leader in the Ngarrindjeri community in South Australia, tells us that oneness starts from the individual. By starting from the self and spreading from there, individuals can consciously shape what kind of oneness they inhabit.
Basil "Mulla" Sumner, is a Ngarrindjeri elder and
community leader who lives outside Adelaide in South Australia. He is
the executive director of Nunkuwarrin Yunti, an organization that
develops and runs alcohol and drug prevention programs for Aboriginal
youth and adults across South Australia. He took us into his home and
spent many hours sharing his thoughts and experiences with us, and his
passion for Harley Davidson Motorcycles.
