"If you see the problem then your mind works; if you see the opportunity then your heart works." What role might the heart have in problem solving? In being of service?

The quote that the biggest problem after independence is heartless intellectuals is very important to note. It also makes sense in terms of personal development - after we mature it is easy and very common to separate ourselves from our heart, which separates us from each other. Since that is so often the case the opportunity always exist, and the eye of compassion is the basis and motivation for being of service. The work may not be very complex, no big idea or grand solution - yet some of the simplest acts of service are the most inspiring as we see in this film. So we lead not just our own mind with our heart, but it serves to awaken each others hearts. The mind can take care of the details, but it cannot lead the heart.

The heart would be the purest aspiration, the cleanest and most honest motivation... if we try to solve things through our heart we might get more resonant and deep solutions, solutions that would involve more benefit for more people. Problem solving from the heart involves everything in you, you involve deeply and honestly... trying to be not just positive but productive as well. This can be achieved if we find the right point of view, the one that involves our HEART..
